Oh lookie, the Mach 5. Looks like they’re going with a pretty faithful reproduction for the film. This particular shot is CG, but it sounds like they have a practical car that will be placed on a crane. That’s no fun.

What’s equally less fun is that Chim Chim will indeed be in the movie. I like monkeys just as much as the next Asian, but if the monkey is the best actor in the film, I’d rather go to the zoo. The zoo is free here in D.C.

    It really IS too much to ask for studios to come up with new things to make movies of, isn’t it?
