The producer of The Sarah Connor Chronicles, James Middleton, is also developing Terminator 4. The fourth film will mark the start of a new trilogy for the franchise. Though John Connor and Kate Brewster will be included, T4 will feature a new hero. It would be nice to see Claire Daines again. She made T3 almost bearable. But I doubt she’d bother.

Seems kind of like a moot point to go in a fill the gaps between the start of the war and sending the first Terminator back in time, but who knows. Maybe this will be their Casino Royale or Batman Begins. I’ve taken a sneak peak at The Sarah Connor Chronicles and it’s not all that bad, so who knows.
