Dark Knight Goodies

*faint*

My pants… so crunchy!

If you want your pants to stand up by themselves and walk out of your office, take a gander at this. Not sure how long this will be up, but it’s six minutes of teaser footage of Dark Knight that you get to see if you watch I Am Legend in an IMAX theater. Obviously, don’t click if you don’t want anything spoiled or your pants to simply explode.

This movie is going to kick all kinds of ass!

Looks good to me. At first I wasn’t sure about Heath Ledger as the Joker. But there is a whole generation of kids who don’t know Jack Nicholson’s Joker. The reinvention and reimaging of him fits really well with the new series of movies.

I don’t think I’ve ever been so close to telling another man I love him on the internet and meaning it… this trailer was amazing!

I must admit I am glad the Tumbler came back. I would like to see a bat shaped batmobile in the future but if this is just a few weeks after Begins then the thrown together bat cave is mildly acceptable. It looks like he is planing to cram a lot more stuff in there but I still liked the original “cave” aspect of it.

@BAMikeyD HAHAHA! Oh yeah, this is going to be amazing!

@Kevin, I really liked the Tumbler as well. Reminded me a lot of the tank that Frank Millers Dark Knight used. The rumor I read somewhere was that the bat cycle is culled together from pieces of the Tumbler. I hope not. I heart the Tumbler!

I really liked the first movie. I mean, when you think about it a man dressed as a bat, running atop the rooves fighting crime with a millionaire alter ego is a bit on the ridicules side. But in that first movie, bearing in mind that it was a movie, it all seemed to make sense. Nothing really seemed too forced. Every decision seemed like a natural one that progressed fluidly into the Caped Crusader.
It all just sort of made sense. And this one again seems to be a dark, down to earth, super hero movie. This is me with the hat I wear when critisizing Super hero movies for being ridicules.

This is me with the hat that I wear when I enjoy Super her movies anyway.
This movie is going to kick sooooo much ass. Just going to shred them up. There’s just no way it can’t!

[…] Yup, let it be known that Hawk and I are both gaga for the upcoming Batman movie. He previously linked to a trailer of a bank heist which then got taken down - Jami found a working copy, so here it is for your viewing pleasure: […]
