I’m already somewhat pleased that Kristen Kreuk will be Chun-Li. But the news that Michael Clark Duncan will play Balrog makes me all giddy. Never thought much of Balrog. Just seemed like a big dumb bruiser to me. The game character doesn’t have all that much personality so it’s almost a blank canvas for Duncan to work with. I can’t wait to see how he’ll portray the boxer.

Chris Klein will play Nash while Rick Yune has been cast as Gen, neither of whom really makes much difference to me. Rounding out the cast are Rounding out the cast are Moon Bloodgood, Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas, Edmund Chen and Cheng Pei Pei. Don’t recognize any of those four and their roles have yet to be announced, but I like the international group that they’re assembling. Cautiously optimistic about this one.
