The Forbidden… Okay, Okay, This Looks Like I’d Actually Watch It

Back when I first heard about The Forbidden Kingdom, I wrote it off as a shitty attempt to Americanize Journey to the West.

I was wrong.

Witness epic Kung-Fu featuring Jet Li and Jackie Chan kicking quite a lot of ass.

Did anyone else see a Bride With White Hair in there? This is indeed going to be epic.

    I think it would have been cooler if it was subtitled.

    Then again, hearing Jackie Chan saying the kid has “No Kung-Fu… None,” is a little better for comedic effect than reading it. :)

    I saw this trailer a few weeks ago and immediately needed new pants. I’d made a mess in the back and ripped a hole in the front. Come on! Jackie and Jet Li together at last!

    I also saw the trailer for the first one a few weeks ago and loved it. But I much prefer the second trailer. It’s gonna be all kindsa great!

    But what’s the deal with Jet Li and his retirement? Did he just want a year off or something?
