The bar has been raised! The live-action G.I. Joe flick will have to be at least as awesome as this video. I fear the chances of that are slim to none.

Single handedly, this makes me want to get all the G.I.JOE boxsets. Never had a clue from the episodes I watched so long ago that it was this deep. |

@Kevin Bahrt: Are you kidding?! 80’s and 90’s cartoons were full of secret perversions. Heck even as far back as the 60’s and 70’s kids programming has been ‘educational’ in the wrong kinda ways. Don’t even get me started on some of the drugs, stealing and almost sexual deviance in some of the shows like Mr Benn.(habitual theft while high on drugs, tripping), Bill & Ben, the flower pot men(racism), Muffin the Mule(not kidding about the name). 80’s/90’s cartoons were just as bad when viewed with an adult’s perceptual filters, I see Thundercats and cannot help thinking of Furries(Thank 4chan for raping my childhood(!)). I can now see clearly that He-man and She-ra were populated almost exclusively with closet homosexuals of both genders. Is it just me or were TV execs trying to set us up the bomb like this? |
