					<description>Law and Order already did this story.  Except in that one the guy was commiting suicide and the driver was a newly minted lawyer who would have gotten off if he had called for help, but was too afraid of losing his new job to do to try to help the man.

They should have let him die.  Then he could have haunted from windshield to windshield until she confessed.  At least then it would actually seem like a horror movie.</description>

					<description>Oh, and from some other stuff I've been reading/hearing about this flick, leaving him to die is only like the 1st and 2nd act of the movie, the whole 3rd act is him actually escaping, and then turning into the whole "Revenge-Horror" concept.  Which didn't happen in the actual story, he actually just bled to death in this woman's garage.
She did however reportedly accuse him of "ruining her life" on a couple of occasions when she went into the garage.</description>
