					<description>The events happened in 2001.  I don't think she did it as being "inspired" by a Stephen King book.  She was just drunk and high on x-tasy, and since it was about 20 years after the fact I don't think Stephen King was writing about this event.
The people who are making this movie have cited this case as what they're basing the movie off of as well.</description>

					<description>The whole trailer reminded me of a story Stephen King did as a movie back in the 80's.  A woman hit a guy with her car and she never helped him, kept driving and the guy was stuck on the grill/part way under the car.  She actually tried to repeatedly kill him up until she got home and left him in the garage.  It was an overtwisted version (or precursor?  Don't know when the nurse left a guy in her windshield to die.) of the same premise.</description>
