It's basically an arena game with you vs other mecha in a variety of modes. Mulitplayer is server based, so you need to find a server to play on, pretty sure there is a list on the mirrormoon forums. Different companies have different ways of preventing non-Korean citizens from playing. And Gundam Musou/Dynasty Warriors 2 is likely in the pipe, it seemed to do reasonably well.
