Watch this trailer, and watch the American trailer and theres no comparison. I saw the English trailer in the theatre and I totally dismissed the film because it was hyped up with images of Angelina Jolie being this vampy assassin and the lead being a dorky guy turned cool hitman. The Russian version showed the metamorphosis, but in a darker way - disgruntled with his lifestyle, he becomes a killing machine. And oh yeah, Angelina Jolie is in it too. Goes to show you where the priorities are in marketing movies. Stars first - plot afterthought. Now THAT is how you create a trailer about a guild of assassins.

It's kind of sad, because I think I would have liked the movie a lot more had I not read the graphic novel.
