New Server

Apparently, AZM “is causing an overload of the shared resources on this server.” So to stop me from inadvertently wanging other sites, they’ve moved AZM to a new server. Hopefully, you didn’t notice the switch (I certainly didn’t until they told me). If you do notice evil wonkiness that isn’t usual, please drop me a line and I’ll see what’s what.
