The review there says, "Ever since the success of Stephen Chow's Shaollin Soccer in 2001, he's been asked time and again whether a sequel was in the works. There still isn't, but he sort of franchised the idea out to the Japanese and served as executive producer, so the outcome of the deal, was Shaolin Girl." I don't know how that might factor into release dates or DVD releases, but maybe some of you do. I was thinking about going to see it, but with the wicked price of admission these days I figure a ￥200 rental will work out just fine in a few months. Looks fun though.
