Paris Hilton Has An Energy Policy

Wednesday, August 6th, 2008 at 10:55 am by Jami

You know… I fear my credibility as a pop culture skeptic will be ruined forever, but that actually makes a lot of sense.

I’m impressed. And a little frightened. Perhaps Ms. Hilton isn’t as vapid and useless as I once thought. The hell is going on here?

I do believe that Paris Hilton making sense is the first sign of the apocalypse, if you’ll excuse me I’ll be running for the hills…

What’s going on here is she had script writers write her a bunch of fancy shit to say.
And they clearly didn’t think it through since she’s not ready to lead cause she can’t be president cause she’s not old enough.
It makes sense, and it’s what I’ve been saying all along. I’m sure after she got done with take 2503 she was like “So like what’s energy?”

This was a response to the McCain energy policy ad which likened Obama to a mere flashy celebrity and showed a montage of Paris and Britney in the opening of said ad. Paris saw it and probably thought it would be funny to get back at McCain.

    Relax folks, just a joke!

It may have been a joke, but it still makes sense. I say kudos to the writers and production crew for making Paris sound intelligent for once.

My word! It’s as if attacking a problem from multiple angles might actually solve it. Who would have ever thought that compromise would solve problems? And as we all know, the opposite of progress is congress.

    Good one, Kev.

I actually showed this to a bunch of people and they were disgusted. It wasn’t irony, it wasn’t sarcasm, it was just a waste of two minutes to them.

I say whatever. McCain had it coming to him, what ever “it” is.

You know, I don’t think she’s actually as stupid as she seems to be.

That’s why I can’t stand her. Women have had enough problems with being taken seriously without some little rich girl playing dumb because it gets her what she wants.

Sure, she says a lot of dumb things, but then again she nearly always has a camera around her. Why wouldn’t she keep spouting inanities when it gets her more attention?

I think she’s far from being a genius, I think she’s spoiled, I think she’s put forth no effort to do anything to benefit anyone else, but I don’t think she’s quite as dumb as we tend to think she is.

If she actually tries putting that brain to use she might actually be useful for more than giving preteens crotch shots to ogle.

Still she not right even with writers. It is estimated by people who actually estimate this stuff and not pan out happy sounding lies. That even if we start drilling for oil now it will only start to show effect in 2030.So it will not carry us any where unless this technology revolution happen over 22 years from now and by that time we will be saying remember when gas was just 5 bucks a gallon.
