Agreed. Not that I drink much pop these days, but I avoid HFCS because I can tell the difference. |

Conveniently, I live only about 50 miles from the border with Mexico, and we can find Mexican-made soda, which is also made with sugar. Pepsi has also released a Mountain Dew Throwback, I haven’t tried it yet. We found the Pepsi Throwback at Albertsons a couple of days after I heard it was out, which was probably a month ago or so. Some interesting reading here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/High_fructose_corn_syrup |

So we sell this product at my work, but I work at a Japanese supermarket in the US which means everything is rip off prices. It’s sad but even my boss admits that everything is too expensive. We recently started carrying Pepsi Natural: http://www.bevreview.com/2009/03/05/pepsi-natural/ It’s quite delicious in the mouth region and is similar to throwback in that it’s made with actual sugar instead of HFCS. The problem we see at my work is that it’s like 6 bucks for a 4 pack of 12 oz bottles. Like I said, not the cheapest. I don’t know anywhere else to get em, then again I have not quested as of yet. If you get a chance I recommend trying. |

Does anyone know where I can find some of that in Atlanta? |

It seems that if you live anywhere except the US, both pepsi and coke are made with sugar instead of high-fructose corn syrup. I think this means that I will likely never see this Pepsi Throwback unless I decide to take a 30 minute ferry ride across the strait to Port Angeles, for the sole purpose of finding it. I’ll get right on that =Þ |

Fucking took forever for me to find it. Pretty much, it’s just all in gas stations. |

I was able to find both the Mountain Dew Throwback and the Pepsi Throwback at a local Wal-Marx. It might just be at the Ohio stores though. Personally, I don’t know why Pepsi even changed the formula away from sugar in the first place. HFCS (high fat causing syrup) is horrible for you and makes me feel lethargic after consuming it. Natural Cane Sugar and Honey should be the only sweeteners used in any sodas or bottled teas. |

Throwback is fabulous. They need to make it regular Pepsi. I have been told that Moountain Dew throwback is not as good however. |

I live around 5000 miles away from mexico, but there are a few Mexican grocery stores that sell the imported stuff, in pretty much any flavor. Haven’t seen a Mountain Dew, so I may have to check that out, despite people saying that it’s bad… |

You now need to try the return of Mountain Dew Game Fuel. |

I can no longer support the Dew. MTN is unpronounceable and I refuse to stick anything unpronounceable in my face! |

Yeah, I forgot to plug in the mic. It was like 2am when I recorded that bastard and I was taking a short break from drawing so my brain meats weren’t in the best place. |
